We deliver to all member states of the European Union except Slovakia. Orders with a delivery address outside this area cannot be placed. We do not deliver to parcel lockers or PO boxes, because the courier must collect the payment in person.
All prices are shown in euro (EUR) and are final consumer prices. Shipping costs €4.90 per order and is free for orders with a subtotal of €49.00 or more; the exact amount is always shown before you place the order. No other charges apply. Product photos are illustrative; minor differences in colour or packaging are possible. Specifications are provided by the manufacturer. The rated capacity of a power bank (the energy actually available at 5 V output) is lower than the nominal cell capacity; both values are stated on the product page.
Add products to the cart, enter your delivery details, accept these terms and click "Place order". By doing so you submit a binding offer to buy the products at the stated price with payment on delivery. We confirm receipt of the order automatically by e-mail; the purchase contract is concluded when we confirm the order or dispatch the goods, whichever comes first. We may refuse or cancel an order, for example if a product is unavailable, the address is incomplete, or there is a reasonable suspicion of misuse (such as repeatedly refused cash-on-delivery parcels). In that case we inform you by e-mail.
The only payment method is cash on delivery: you pay the full order amount to the courier when the parcel is handed over. Nothing is charged at the time of ordering. Please have the exact amount ready; depending on the carrier, card payment at the door may also be available. The courier will not hand over the parcel without payment.
Uncollected parcels. If a parcel is refused, not collected or cannot be delivered because the address or phone number is wrong, it is returned to us and the order is cancelled. We reserve the right to decline future cash-on-delivery orders from a customer whose parcels were repeatedly not collected.
Each product page states the usual dispatch time (for example "dispatched within 1 to 3 business days"). Parcels are delivered by the Packeta courier network; delivery within the EU usually takes a further 3 to 7 business days. Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees; if a delay of more than 30 days occurs, you may cancel the order free of charge. Once your order ships, we send you the tracking number by e-mail. Please check the parcel for visible transport damage when receiving it and report any damage to the courier and to us.
As a consumer in the EU you may withdraw from the purchase within 14 days of the day you (or a person named by you) received the goods, without giving a reason.
To withdraw, send a clear statement (for example an e-mail to info@wolfadvisoryllc.com with your order number) before the deadline expires. You may use the model form below but you do not have to. Return the goods to the return address we give you in our reply within 14 days of your withdrawal. You bear the direct cost of returning the goods.
We refund all payments received from you, including the original shipping cost (but not the extra cost of any non-standard delivery you chose), within 14 days of receiving the returned goods or proof that you sent them. Because cash-on-delivery payments are made to the courier, refunds are made by bank transfer to an account you specify. You are liable only for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning.

You are entitled to the statutory legal guarantee for consumer goods of two years from delivery (or the longer period provided by the law of your country). If a product is faulty, contact us at info@wolfadvisoryllc.com with your order number, a description of the fault and, where possible, photos. We will offer repair, replacement or, if neither is possible within a reasonable time, a refund. Damage caused by accidents, water, modifications, use with damaged cables or chargers, or the normal gradual loss of battery capacity through use is not covered.
The product contains a lithium-polymer battery. Do not expose it to fire, heat above 45 °C, water or physical damage, do not open the housing, and stop using it if it swells, overheats or smells. Charge it only with a standard USB charger (5 V). Keep it out of reach of small children. Dispose of it at a collection point for electronic waste and batteries, never in household rubbish. Please observe airline rules when flying: power banks belong in cabin baggage only.
We process the data you enter at checkout (name, address, phone, e-mail, order details) to fulfil the contract: to deliver the parcel, collect the payment, send order e-mails and handle returns and warranty claims. Your name, address and phone number are passed to the courier for delivery. Details are in our Privacy Policy.
Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot be excluded by law, including liability for death, personal injury, fraud or your statutory consumer rights. Otherwise our liability for losses arising from a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for the order.
These terms are governed by the law of the State of Wyoming, USA. If you are a consumer resident in the EU, you also enjoy the protection of the mandatory consumer-protection provisions of the country where you live, and nothing in these terms deprives you of that protection or of the right to bring proceedings before the courts of your home country. We will try to resolve any dispute amicably first, so please contact us at info@wolfadvisoryllc.com. EU consumers can also use the European Commission's online dispute resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
We may update these terms from time to time. The version in force when you place an order applies to that order.
